Incorrect Billing Constantly

Telkom has incorrectly debited us since December, and every month it is the same! Now they have made it so it's impossible to find someone to dispute the bill to, and yet *another* debit order has gone off! This is ruining my credit record and costing me a fortune in bank fees! And there is absolutely no recourse, it's unbelievable. That a company can still possibly be running when it is so clearly broken and *****ing money left right and center is beyond me!
