Incorrect billing

Worst at everything, cancelled some services to date am being billed. This company does not mind ****ing you your credit score though cheap but consequently the consequences are dire.

Tried calling the customer service long wait times and call automatically ends without speaking to a human. Self serve option not user friendly for me to say the least.

Am T a loss on a serious note.
