Incorrect Billing Amount
To whom it may concern
I am a bit disturbed by the bill I recieved from Telkom today, I app**** for a 4MB ADSL line which I was advised will be R490 a month and to my surprise this month is R1090. I do not know where this figure comes from, as I was told it was a fixed monthly fee or R490 uncapped WiFi, including line rental monthly and a free router. Please look into this as I don’t know why I have a bill as such.

This is extremely pathetic from Telkom.
I have not payed my account as yet and it will now go into arreas.
Please rectify this by the end of this day!!!
