Incorrect billing

Telkom billing department must be one of the worst places to deal with as I have been paying my account every month and on 28 April 2017 I made a doulbe payment on my fixed line account. This month I decided to make a payment for the next 10 months on the account as I would like to make sure that I do not miss any payments for a while and that my line would not be cut off

I got my statement showing that I was a month behind on my payments and checked all the statements that have been sent to me and saw that only 1 payment for April was showing on the account.

I have phoned to Telkom and was transfered 7 times and every time was told that I was in the wrong department. After a hour of this I hung up the phone aqnd decided to go the mail route

This has even been more of a mission

After the first 2 mails I got a reply that the mail address was incorrect and I got the correct mail address. This was amazing that I could mail the correct department and thought that I was going to get this resolved. What a mistake

I got a mail reply after sending the mail to the correct department stating that the fault on the billing has been resolved and this was 6 days ago. I then asked for the invoice of my account that stated that it has been corrected and only after another 4 mails I got a reply asking me what the telephone number was that I have been having a problem with regarding the billing

Now how could the billing be fixed if they did not even know my account number or could not look at the previous mails that have been send to them?

And still the billing is incorrect on my account

Now I need to know by when this will be resolved as I'm still waiting for someone to get back to me as it seems that the people that work at Telkom play on jungle gyms all day long and might still need to evolve to the point of fire. The people send mails stating that problems are resolved and they never even ask for the account number and think that customers are fools and can be bluffed all the time.
