Incorrect Billing

<p>My account was handed over to Nudebt for collection. After I made a payment to them, Telkom still debited my account with the same amount. Now they are telling me that they don't have a record of the payment. Nudebt has confirmed that my file is closed on their side. Can you please resolve this and refund my money.</p>
