Incorrect Billing
Good day, All
I got 24 month contract(account ***) with Telkom for 10gig data per month at R199 per month, I received an Invoice *** for the amount of R 600.70 for the month of July. I want to know how is this possible, when my bank account was debited on the 29 July for R199 and I want to know, how was the R600.70 calculated? log an complaint on the Telkom app, reference ***6.

Bad Service, will not recommend Telkom to anyone.
