Who in telkom will take me seriously? ????
So it seems my phone calls and emails are falling on deaf ears.
So now I’ll take it to social media!
I was called a week ago and was advised that my current route is being upgraded for free due to Telkom picking up issues with it.
I was then delivered a new device which does not even have antennas.
Then get told I am going to pay extra, seriously I can’t afford it and want the new one cancelled immediately. Your south Gate branch stays offline and I have just about had it with your *********** service as I pay my account on time.
So please cancel the new router and tell me how I should return it as I am not paying extra for something I don’t want and especially on a 24 month contract.
How do u even pack and deliver a new device that doesn’t even have antenna’s and who said I want a new sim too?
Please terminate this NOW as I am seriously not paying no device costs or an increase in my contribution due to your lack of providing your clients with accurate costs.
Even if I was told I am only being charged a device fee this was also a big LIE and its new billing im paying more than what I currently am.
And I use this for work so if you suspend my account next month because I refuse to pay for your sales agents incompetence I will then really make a noise as you will impact my income.
