Incorrect billing

Telkom mobile are ****** people be careful.... Every month they deduct R543 instead of R199 and this has been happening from last year August... When i go to their shops they don't knw what is for and they can't explain... They always tell me to call their customer service.. I have been trying to call bt NO ANSWER up until this morning
