Incorrect billing.
I took out a LTE-A contract on the 8th of April at the Springs Mall Telkom branch.
At that stage Telkom had a special for the LTE-A contracts "Dubble the Data". So you pay R799.00 for 200gb total data where it is R1 100.00 now I believe.
In the shop I kept asking if they were loading it as such but never got a straight answer - Now I am being billed over a R1 000.00 for the services.
I still have the brochure I used to make my decision and made sure that it was indeed for the time period from 20 March to 19 April.
Not happy at all because I expected this to happen and tried to prevent it and got a rude attitude.
Fix it - Now.

31 May 2018, 11:53Since this review that took you ages to respond to, by the way, I have phoned the call center and went into the store where I took out the contract and everyone promises to help but no one actually does!!!
But by doing so we have figured out that the billing is not incorrect, you signed me up for the wrong contract!!! This is beyond frustrating and I am not getting any feedback!!
