Incorrect billing

Telkom mobile has been incorrectly billing me and when I bring this to their attention, their call center agents they just hang up the phone and they are rude. They don't want to listen to your concerns. I'm paying them every month but they keep coming with excuses. I regret signing a contract with them and I will advice anyone who wants a phone contract not to go for Telkom mobile.
