Incorrect billing

I am so disgusted by Telkom, this is my 02nd encounter regarding their service. I have an account with Telkom( ********** 39) that gets deducted on the last day of each and every month. September they decided to debit my account on the 29th without my consent or any communication. I then picked up that money was not deducted after few days and transferred to their account. To my surprise this month I have billed some stupid R200+ fee of some rejected debit order, Telkom is ripping people and I want my money back because its not my fault that you decided to go to my account early, you are actually in breach of contract. Your service is ********** and disgusting. I want my money back ASAP. You guys are ripping the poor people. I need my money reversed in my account.
