Incorrect Bill

On 2nd June 2015, i saw a promotion on Mybroadband website that Telkom is offering a 10Mbs 50Gb soft cab ADSL line for R699 including line rental. I upgraded from 2Mbs ADSL to this promotion knowing that i will be paying R699 per month. Telkom can even go to the recorded tape and they will hear that i made it very clear to the consultant that i want this deal because is R699 and He confirmed it. On 4th August 2015 i requested my invoice and i was surprised to find out that my monthly bill is around R787 per month. I queried this with the call center agent but she was clueless. What i am requesting from Telkom is to please rectify this as what attracted me to this product is the fact that will be paying R699 not R787 per month.
