Incorrect biling

I have never had such a horrible experience like I have with Telkom mobile... So I received my statement Thursday and discover that I was charged penalty fee for actually paying my contract 4 days before my debit order date. I really regret taking out this contract.

1stly your debit order dates don't really accommodate everyone 2ndly you get charged for making an early payment 3rdly charging a penalty fee of R500 which costs more then your actual contract....

This is a financial inconvenience to your consumers and it also creates a bad name for them.... I want to dispute that because it's wrong to be charged for making an early payment
