No service and incorrect invoicing I did not have any service from Telkom since May 2017. Despite this they continue to invoice me, even after I completed a cancellation form (submitted and confirmation of receipt by K Sehere). The first case number (unresolved) was ********** 74. Thereafter case no. ********** 2 was opened and I received to date no feedback. I communicated with Telkom on 29 May 2017, 23 June (Tlhageng - no feedback); 18 July 2017 (case still open at the time). The case was then reopened on 3 August 2017 when I contacted Telkom; I followed up with Kamo Sehere on 5 March 2018 who was going to attend to the case and I also did not receive any feedback from her. I was instructed by Telkom to do speed tests, which I did, and I have the necessary proof that the speed was not at all that was advertised...and after my complaints the services was stopped by Telkom after which they even continued to debit money from my bank account. I also received communication from Telkom that they will install a booster (at no cost) to improve the service. Nothing came of this and in my opinion this is further proof that Telkom admitted that the service provided was insufficient and inadequate. After submitting all correspondence and evidence to Nudebt (appointed by Telkom to recover outstanding debt) they informed me that the case was closed on their side. Not surprisingly, I received a follow-up invoice after being informed by Nudebt that the case is closed.
