Incorrect account bill

Telkom is the worst service provide. I cancelled by account end of April 2022 after months of being debited incorrectly and was even debited a cancellation fee. Now I am being harrased and my sister is being harrased by you and your so called lawyers. For what?????? I do not owe you ****. I CANCELLED MY CONTRACT WITH YOU, NOW WHAT DO I OWE YOU FOR???? WHAT SERVICE HAVE I RECEIVED FROM YOU AND THE REFERENCE NUMBER IS DIFFERENT FROM ALL THE INVOICES I HAVE BEEN RECEIVING IN THE PAST!!!!!!
