Incorect billung telkom service.

In January 2018 I sent cancelation request to cancell all services for Tel ********** 044 acc no. ********** 50002. Toay 18 July 2018 I received a sms statlng that I am in arears on my acc. And that my next amount is R429.00. I donr have a landline anymore and have not used a landline fior rhe last 6 monyhs because my swrvices have been discontinued. How pathetic can you get. What services am i am billed for as I dont have make use of telkom services anymore.?
