Incopetence

I canceled a contract with telkom September and they still deducted money...I reversed it and they charge me R200 for the reversal of which the consultant who was assisting me at centurion mall said the payment I pay on the 30th of September was the last payment..I was told to go and pay money at pick and pay which I did but to mu surprise they deducted again on the 25 of November....I asked for a refund and everyday they are giving me different turn around times..what kind of service is this they are quick to take you to nu debt but when they have to pay you they giving excuses everyday
