Inconvenienced

Can anyone please assist me with contact details for Telkom mobile. Im unable to contact them on any of the numbers provided on the internet.not even the store in springs mall can be reached. I can't believe that during a pandemic I have to go in store(which is always fully packed) to enquire about a mistake which they've made.
