Inconvenience of no internet for 4 days

Fault reported Wednesday, 16 June 2021, several follow ups and escalations to no avail, we were then informed that it was a missing cable at the exchange and technicians were working on the resolving the matter. Yet here we are 4 days later inconvenienced for working remotely and writing exams having to make alternate arrangements. Quite frustrating paying for a service with no delivery.
