Inconvenience at its best

I went to do a sim swap, just a simple SIM SWAP at a telkom store in Vincent Park East London, I was told I have to wait 48 hours because the system has put me through credit vetting, really what does credit vetting have to do with a sim swap???? . I mean on other networks its done in minutes over the phone but no, I have to wait 2 days for a sim swap!
