Inconvenience and safety risk by TELKOM

Two telkom poles in front of my yard fell on the 03/03/2019. One fell on my electric fence damaging it. Not only that but the telkom cable is hanging across the driveway entrance to my property. I have automated gates but now I have to get out of the car find a way to pick up the cable and hang it on the gate. Doing this I can slip and hurt myself. Moreover this is not safe in terms of security. We run a huge risk of being hijacked while doing this. In these rains sometimes I come back late at night from my meetings. I have to park outside my gate and wait for the rain to subside. This is causing so much agony and inconvenience. To date we are being sent from pillar to post and have three different references. We are not sure whether we should initiate legal action.
