Inconvenience

Hi! I’ve been struggling to get Telkom customer service line to be able to speak consultants. I don’t know if they don’t have that service anymore cause all I am getting it is self service. Some of the things don’t need self service, we need to speak to consultants and their number doesn’t give that option. On the internet I find numbers that don’t exist
