Inconveince,Disturbance and lack of privacy

We reside on the lower south coast Uvongo.We have many different companies that have dug up trenches and installed fibre cables.For the past month telkom has given contractors the task of installing the fibre cables.Firstly this is becoming a daily and ongoing issue,secondly it causes disturbance to us residents that work from home,thirdly there are strangers that are standing on ladders who have direct views into properties which is a total disrespect and violation of our rights and privacy.The contractors speak on the highest level of their voices dragging the ladders from one end of the street to the next.We didn't ask for telkom fibre to be installed.Telkom your company is causing a great inconveince,and a huge lack of values
