Inconsistent stories

<p>My internet keeps going down and every time I report the matter, I get MANY different stories. I never actually get an answer as to what the problem is. I get promises, I got told yesterday by WEB AFRICA that the port was being worked on at the exchange thats why my internet was down. I get different stories on different days. I AM SO SICK OF HOW NO ONE SEEMS TO CARE, this is MY BUSINESS and I can't afford to have the internet go down and EVERYONE THROWS EACH OTHER UNDER THE BUS.....I WANT ANSWERS ASAP </p>
