Inconsistent service

My Telkom internet experience is below par. I'm on a fixed contract 24months 30gb wireless with Huawei b315 router. Everyday late afternoon 3pm it does not recognise the SIM card (red light) until late evening around 11pm. We have been making SIM swaps same result, We even changed our contract from 50gb wireless to 30gb wireless no impact because they say we can't this old faulty 065 number and it will be with us forever We even went to telkom technical support in Menlyn n they captured all this information n gave us a reference number We even called customer care 081180 n gave them the ref number they can't help us I don't know what to do, why should I pay for a services that is inconsistent should my payment also b inconsistent? I'm very unhappy n I'm losing a lot of money!
