Telkom Southgate indifference to customers. Standing in line for 2 hours while clerks select preferred customers, skipping those who entered the store first. This is a system breeding unfairness and resentment for the branch. Clerks have functions across all products but insist on helping for one product type. All the staff deserve warnings for such atrocious service!
