On 3/4/2018 I phone Telkom sales, Patricia help me with a 1 gig Free Me sim card.(L.W.O. ********** 3001) She said Telkom will contact me, send me the sim card and CONTRACT and all the info I should need. Delivery within 3 to 5 working days. This did not happen. ON the 17 /04 /2018 not a word from Telkom. I phone around, find out "Courit" got the card, they delivered the next day, 18/04/2018. I have activated it . Still no contract or any info pertaining the 1 Gig deal. One month later still no contract . I phone the useless call centre again, spoke to AIKONA ON 31/05/2018 11H04 TO 11H32, STILL NO CONTRACT OR BILLING INVIOCE, HE DID NOT HELP ME AT ALL. I phone call centre again on the 4/6/2018 2 @ 9H54 with luck Silinda Negema could mail me the invoices of MAY AND JUNE of 2018. Thank you Silinda, you where the only help I got from Telkom. I paid the two invoice in cash on the day, 04/06/2018 AS I TOUGHT THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH BILLING DEPARTMENT, little did I know then. On the 6/6/2018 I spoke the Aubane to find out if every thing was in order, he told me about a R200 penalty fee, because the bank decline the debit order from Telkom that I have paid already. Aubani said the manager Mr Nugelo will phone me back to rectify problem Ref ********** 3, he never called me. Phone call centre again on 11/6/18 Majola could not help me, said again that the none existing Mr Nugelo will contact me , but no call from him or any body from Telkom, still no contract . I have tried again on 8/7/2018 Ref ********** and 10/12/2018 Ref ********** 3 but still no help and no contact. I pay my part of the invoice, but will not paid the mounting penalty fees because of the incompetence of the call centre billing dept people. People should think very hard before doing business with Telkom. The call centre is useless when a problem arises. Today 9/1/2019 still no contract or any info on the Free Me deal. Hopefully an intellectual able body from Telkom will contact me this year.
