Incompotant Telkom

Telkom is the worse service provider of all. They are totally *********** to help customers and blatant incompotant or basically not willing to help you with a problem. I am trying to stop a debit order for a Telkom line for the last 2 years without success. I send emials, complete forms, call them numerous time, hang on every time for hours and went to see them to help me but nobody seems interested to for so. Never use them again in my life and hope nobody will experience what all of the Telkom customers are going through.
