Incomplete work and NO resolution!!

<p>It's been 3 frustrating weeks trying to get Telkom to sort out an ADSL connection - trips to the Telkom office numerous times have also not had any positive outcome.... </p> <p> </p> <p>My income is wholly dependent on having internet and I've not been able to work for THREE WEEKS which is a huge concern to me! Please, I need this resolved ASAP I'm desperate, to say the least.</p>
