Incomplete information. I was sold a LEMON

EXTREMELY UPSET WITH TELKOM MITCHELL'S PLAIN. Bought a laptop on contact yesterday and the lady who helped us was very nice but she never told us the full story. They sold us a LEMON. the item does not work and when we came back they told us qe can't get replacement wr need to call a number that was never mentioned to us now I am sitting with an item that does not work. So ****ED OFF. I WILL TAKE THEM TO THE PAPERS
