Incompitant workers at Telkom

Ok let me start at the beginning. We have a contract with telkom mobile. Contract said amount to be deducted R799.00. So along the months I saw but amount is different every month lie R1900.00 We went to N1 City telkom mobile and asked them to change it to R799.00 and if data is up, not to give more. The guy assisted us and when done instead of saying amount must be devided into months that is left over, he did it as a once off, that was R8999.00. We weren't aware of it so the following month phone's get put off. We asked what's up they explain account was given over to collections as we owe them R8999.00.

Now we have been going from a - z sorting it out,but like I said they are supid, You want to tell me they cannot change it. 1 st they say, we took out a new contract then they say whatever. This has been going on for nearly 1 year and every month they take off the full amount and I have to reverse it, but it cost me a lot R35,00 every month to reverse and some time it bounce's then I have to pay the cost for that as well. I have had it with them, they owe me a lot of money for shutting down the phones and banking cost.
