Incompitant Staff

So telkom decided to suspend my contract for no apparent reason. When phoning them and telling them about the problem they said they would fix it and guess what, they didn't. Let's go for two days without a phone.

when i call they say they will log a call to open the line but still nothing. They have the collection department but they will not let you speak to them to speed up the process.
