Incompitant and cheats

<p>I've set my billing limit at R50 tell on consultants and the account department keep lying saying that it's been fixed and every month it's the same stories. I am currently set at R500 a month this is a **** network that keeps lying to me. I opened an icasa complaint and they closed it by lying saying that they fixed it. All lies. they can't even call or track their own cases.</p>
