Incompetint Staff

On the 7 November 2020 i send my telkom contract phone in for repairs and was told that i will recieve constant messages w.r.t. progress of my phone at different stages and the turn around time will be 5 days, up to date no feedback and everytime i phone the insurer they just wipe there ass off or the phone will ring for 15mins and cut off. they dont come back to you hence they say they will do, just 1 question why does Telkom allow these insurance companies to treat us like **** ánd just do as they please. I spoke to Mncendisi, Allison, Noviwe and Trinitythe one who dont come back to you.
