I know i'm not going to get a response, but i'm not done with TELKOM. I have received no assistance at all from TELKOM with a pending issue. Posted on Hello Peter. Emailed them directly on there website Called the Call Center. Went back to the branch. Only TELKOM Facebook page people responded, thanks for that but still unhelpful as they told me the same **** i already did and messaged to them, they basically responded without reading the messages (hence title). I am now out of my 7 day cool off period as TELKOM refused to offer any real assistance with the issue. THEY TAKE OUR MONEY & WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH US AFTER, JUST BRUSH US OFF & PUSH US ASIDE TILL WE GIVE UP (WILL NOT HAPPEN WITH ME, WILL BE ESCALATING THE MATTER FURTHER NOW AS I GAVE THEM A CHANCE TO HELP). WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AS NONE OF THEIR STAFF, MANAGEMENT WILL TAKE RESPONSIBILITY TO HELP (and i used to work in Retail). Hi Launa, Thank you for the reference number, you are the only that gave me one. I have requested one from the Telkom facebook page & they just ignore that part. I did receive a voice message as i missed the call as i was in meetings a few weeks ago from Nicholas (unsure of spelling) the regional operational manager, however no contact number was left as the voice message cut off, i messaged the Telkom facebook page to request a callback or to give a contact number for him (was not expecting his personal number) & they ignored that as well & said they same **** someone will contact me or it has been escalated to who ever. It has been more than a month now with no real or any assistance at all, the debit order went off already & i am still waiting i don't find that fair at all. I have given my email address as well if i miss they call & nothing as well, the Telkom facebook page people requested my details & still nothing. Can you please tell me what is going on & when someone will really contact me or really assist me as this is ridiculous.
