*********** to deliver cellphone after 6 weeks

What a disgrace of a service privider. I laid a complaint on Hello Peter 2 weeks ago about my cellphone that was ordered telephonically on the 14th of February. And I had to follow up several times as to if my cellphone has been send or not. Today the 27th of March still did not receive my cellphone but they already took the money on the 18th of February without delivering any cellphone. A guy from the complaints department phoned me last week i.c.w my previous complaint on hellopeter and he promised last week that he wil get back to me that Friday or latest this Monday. It's Thursday and I still have not receive ANY phone calls or updates in regards with my order .. What an *********** service provider that can't deliver a service to customer but can take their money and make empty promises. It's pointless to phone in and follow up as theyve said my order will take 5 to 7 working days but nothing happens after that. They are incapable of delivering a service they are supposed to be a communication company but can't even resolve this issue that been hanging for almost 2 months. Come on Telkom stick to your promises and deliver the service you get paid to do!
