I took it upon myself to call Telkom and find out what’s going on with my contract since I know it is coming to an end. Spoke to someone who wasn’t very helpful and asked me to hold so she can process my cancellation. Again not sure what we are cancelling if the contract has ended. I held on for about 5-10 minutes only to get through to the most *********** person I’ve ever spoken to in my life - Thabisile Dlamini who cannot help me, has no idea how my call came through to him and who cannot even transfer me to the correct place. All he kept saying was I can’t I can’t. He could not even put me through to someone higher! Telkom, you are so ***********! Wasted my airtime to contact you only to end up in the incorrect department with someone who can not do anything to help!
