Have asked Telkommobile since March 2019 for a Tax invoice to claim my free Huawei Smart watch. About a month ago they did send me something, a RICA sertificate,for heaven sake,dont you know what a Tax invoice looks like. Huawei( friendly as they are) cannot except that,they specifically ask for a Tax invoice. Please send me the Tax invoice,if you do not know what it is,ask Huawei South Africa,I am sure they know who Telkommobile is. I am busy with you for the last 7months,no respect for me as a customer,but you gladly deduct R1700 out of my account with no sign of remorse. SL Theart
