*********** Telkom Staff, Eikestad mall

Ok, so I have been struggling with Telkom Stellenbosch since February 2019, their service is pathetic, staff is *********** and stupid, and they are profound *****. It is end of September already and this issues has still not been resolved. They are charging my grannies account but she has absolute NO service. My granny, my uncles, myself has all been to Telkom store in Eikestad Mall to report this problem and they keep on lying in one's face, telling stories. The store manager is invincible. The new Telkom-voip phone is problematic, I told the store agents(dummies) numerous times that it doesn't work, they just keep on issuing new sim-cards. I've told the dummies it seems to be a software problem and they suggested they'll send the phone away to the technicians for troubleshooting,but the phone has never left the Eikestad branch. It seems their technicians are working in the shop shelves, or under their desks because the phone has been laying there from 19th July until I went to fetch it recently. They gave a new simcard again!!! What the ****** hell must I do with the simcards but the phone is not working????
