Terrible service I received at Telkom Jabulani mall when I app**** when I app**** for two phones on the 15th December 2018 and the system approved me but we only received only only one on the 19th, the second one the consultant called Shimmy who assisted us from the beginning he kept on telling me they have not attended the query sent to head office in which it has not been attended to even today (case no: ********** 2) today is the 24th of December nothing has been done and no feedback what so ever ..after when I went to the shop the 4th time they still couldn't help even the manager failed to even intervin, ..what an inconvenience.
