Susan the manager is dumb and arrogant. She doesn't know her A** from her elbow. Stood there again for 3 hours yesterday 5/12/2018 for a basic Sim swop. Martinique couldn't sort it out now Susan expect me to drive there again and waste more time for something that they cannot even tell me over the phone is can be done. Why do all these companies employ all these arrogant, untrainable idiots in there businesses and expect us the clients to be happy with the service where getting?
