I had a telephone line transferred last year September 2018 and was informed there definitely wouldn't be a charge as I did via the customer care line and I was prepared to wait approx 21 days I was obviously charged and today am still waiting for the refund after making approx 15 phone calls and been informed that the refund is due but everything gets done by a supervisor .The service is absolutely shocking and poor.
