I have been up and down with Telkom since last year after canceling my data contract . The device and SIM card were all returned . To my horror I get debited as and when they feel like it, whilst this contract no longer exists. I have been to their Clearwater mall branch more times than I can count. I have 5 reference numbers , and now I am being harassed by lawyers that I have been handed over ...hand over for what when I have no vibrant with you. It's been a taxing more than six months up and down to the branch and reversing their debit orders . Petrol time and inconvenience because of someone who failed to do their job in get back end. Frustrated and angry. And the lawyer has the nerve to ask me if I have had any communication from the institute and not just me telling him their system shows that. Thank God for systems and sums trail that I have the reference numbers
