Telkom opened 2 ********** accounts against me in Nov and deducted money for 3 months. I informed them of this as soon as I was aware of this. They took forever to investigate. Finally on the 12 April after many calls to them, they responded informing me that my case was resolved and that a refund would be initiated. To date (9 June 2021), I havent received my refund. Just want to ask them as to how many months does it take for them to refund an innocent person?
