I have been trying to secure a VOIP phone from Telkom since 11 January 2022. I have been pushed from pillar to post - I was advised by the outlet to order online. The incorrect device was delivered after 2 1/2 months, online consultants said I should swop the unit at a Telkom outlet - the Telkom outlet said they couldn't do this as their stock would not balance. What an *********** organization, I cannot believe they are still in business.
