I app**** for ADSL uncapped WiFi for my home two weeks ago. Agents then sent message application was fine and I will be receiving a message with date of when installation would be done. I was installation would be done Wednesday yesterday 29th May 2019 well no one came to instal. I then got a message this morning from agent to tell me that apparently I owe R1788.30 on a prevpytelkom account. So I phone Telkom to ask what the the heck is going on? They tell me that I have an outstanding amount and this was in 2000 account was closed 2003 19yrs ago!!! Really I never had an account of any sort with Telkom in 2000 I moved to Angola in 2011 I moved to Mozambique and came back to SA to Nelspruit a year ago! So ***. I don’t know who owes this money definitely not me and I will not pay a cent. Now after been told my application all good installation will be done Wednesday I hear this **** this morning!!! Seriously Telkom is bee run Iike the rest of this country *********** human beings! Now when are YOU TELKOM going to resolve this issue!
