*********** Telkom!!!!!

In June/July last year, i placed an order for one of the Wifi packages from he Telkom website, and once all credit vetting was completed i was granted the package and was advised that the Fibre would be installed within a few days... 1 Month later Vumatel came out to do the installation and that was it!!!!!!!!!!!! ...................... From then to now Telkom has cancelled the order... i have tried on numerous occasions to have this matter resolved but nobody at Telkom can help me??... i cannot join another ISP as Telkom wont release the object number. With every call made from myself to Telkom- i find Telkom not taking accountability for this mess which they have created!!!! the call Centre agents are MOST UNFRIENDLY AND RUDE!!!! it seems as if Im wasting their time????... I FIND MYSELF CONTINOUSLY HAVING TO REPEAT THIS ISSUE EVERYTIME I CALL - AS I CANNOT SPEAK TO THE SAME PERSON AS THE CALL CENTRE DOES NOT ALLOW IT.. AND NO MANAGER IS EVER AVAILABLE TO ASSIST?... I DONT KNOW WHAT MORE TO DO , TO GET YOUR ATTENTION TELKOM?... PLEASE ASSIST... ITS ALMOST A YEAR AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE..
