Waterway the 10th I lost my phone. Called telkom for an ITC no reference. Beginning of a nightmare. First call I made I gave the lady all info regarding IMEI and she confirmed all info, was promised an sms within 24 hrs. 36 hrs passed i made a 2nd call explained the issue was promised 3hrs to resolve my query. That did not happen so I called again and only to be sent an sms stating should call Vodacom. Apparently my lost phone is registered under Vodacom. Never used Vodacom in my life. Call Vodacom and was told to take the box of the lost cellphone in question twitch, mind you the phone was bought two years bag and I am suppose to have kept the box which I did. Don't asked why I did but I did. Get to Vodacom, they can't he'll and I am sent to MIN where I get the worst ****py service. No help in sight for me I go to Telkom shop and demand answer. The consultant argues with me that they don't do ITC reference I should go back to the shop I bought my phone from. Wow I decide to call Telkom contact center while I am still at the shop and demand answer and the consultant who assisted me promised to send an Sms. With in an hour I received an sms. It took me 6 days , countless calls and visit to ****py Mtn, Vodacom and Telkom just to get An ITC no that I should have received via Sms within 24 hrs. APPALLING SERVICE
