Driving around Pretoria there are ample Telkom personnel under their gazebo,s selling and promoting their broad band services. So eager to sell but believe me their after sale services are non existing. Twice in a spate of 6 months of signing the dreaded contract our Wifi has been inactive. Each time we had to wait a month to have it resolved. That is after continues follow up phone calls. The staff at Telkom are utter useless and lazy, typical government service delivery, non existent!!!! Very frustrating and a total waist of money.
