Worse service provider ever... Telkom has messed up my order again. Its been going for two months since my relocation. Uptill now still no line has been installed. This has affected my ability to do my job which is a online teacher. I have been told that im in breech of my contract by my employee due to telkoms lack of since or urgency or intelligence. They consults that are there supposedly to help have no clue what they are doing. Every call I make I am told a different story. Finally an installation date was given which made me so happy. Until I get the sms to confirm the date. Then I see surprise surprise they have the city wrong. Now ita another battle to sort this error out and to be given another date. Incompetence on a higher level are these people. I hope they can get their act together.
